Differend joins Demand for a solo Selects release!

We wanted to work on a bigger project with Michal Homola aka. Differend, native from Slovakia, ever since he was selected 3rd on the Wingz - Confined Remix competition 3 years ago.

A year later we picked up Druid for the Selects #9 V/A which prominently got featured on Drum & Bass Arena. But it has been rather quiet on the release front ever since, so it makes us double as happy to announce a 3 tracker of his on Selects #14 on our 3rd last release!

SGD (so good) a collaboration with good friend Zdenko Beer, who was behind the camera on the Druid video, this time joins Differend on production. We’ve chosen that track deliberately, with the sax in the beginning as it sets a great and different tone. It’s a mystic & heavy stepper to start Selects #14 with. In comes Walkin, question and answer at its best. The synth work giving feedback to the vocals and every flicker and fx just at the right place. Simple yet complex, which keeps listeners at their toes. On Face you might actually miss the drop but compared to the other tracks, this one is clearly the roller of the bunch. The synthesis makes this track very trippy and hypnotic. A perfect way to end it and we certainly hope for more in the future!
